B’Music Terms & Conditions
To enrol successfully you need to fill out an Application Form and return it together with a €100 deposit or full payment.
Lessons are charged by the term, which must be paid in full the week before, whether all the lessons have been taken or not. Payment will be accepted by bank transfer only into B’Music bank account:
A receipt will be issued for any payments received.
In case of withdrawal/cancellations before the third lesson of every term, a refund will be issued for less than €100. There will be no refund for cancellation after taking the third week of every term. Notice of withdrawal from a term must be made via email - verbal notification will not be accepted.
Lessons are not scheduled on bank holidays.
A timetabled lesson missed by a student is forfeited unless notification is given to the tutor 12h in advance. If a student is late for a lesson, then he/she will receive only the balance of the 30 min duration. If a tutor is running a few minutes late, the student will still receive the full duration of his/her lesson.
A fee of €15 will be charged for anyone wishing to have a trial lesson of 30 min duration.
Any extra preparatory lessons before auditions, competitions, exams etc will cost €26 for thirty mins duration for students of B’Music. Accompaniment for above will cost €50 for students of B’Music for 2 x 30 min practice. Accompaniment for exam €70 for B'Music Students.
Junior/Leaving Cert - 2 x 30 mins rehearsal lesson just before exam plus accompaniment for the practical exam will cost €150.
